Michael P. Connors
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Connors is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of ISG, a leading global technology research and advisory services firm. Mr. Connors is responsible for the global strategy and operations of ISG and is an expert in helping clients achieve operational excellence in their organizations.

Prior to ISG, he served as Chairman & CEO of the Media Measurement & Information (MMI) group of VNU, now The Nielsen Company, a leading global information and media company.

In 2001, he led the formation of the MMI group, comprised of VNU’s media information, entertainment, software and Internet businesses, including Nielsen Media Research, NetRatings and Nielsen Entertainment. He also served as Chairman of VNU World Directories business, a leading Yellow Pages Directories company operating in seven countries. Before joining VNU, Mr. Connors was Vice Chairman of ACNielsen Corporation, the world leader in marketing information services, where he helped lead the turnaround of ACNielsen into a profitable company.

During his leadership, ACNielsen’s equity value grew from $893 million, its market capitalization immediately following its spin-off from the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in November, 1996, to $2.3 billion, its sales price to VNU in February, 2001. Mr. Connors also led the integration of ACNielsen into VNU after the acquisition. Earlier, Mr. Connors was Senior Vice President with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, which owned such companies as Moody’s Investors Service, Reuben H. Donnelley, IMS Health, ACNielsen, Nielsen Media Research, D&B Credit Services and a majority stake in Gartner Group. He played a leading role in D&B’s break-up into three separate publicly traded companies in 1996.

Mr. Connors is a director of both Eastman Chemical and Chubb Ltd. He has appeared on CNBC Power Lunch, CNBC Fast Money and is quoted in the New York Times and other leading publications on media, information services and the Special Purpose Acquisition Company investment vehicle.

David E. Berger
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

David E. Berger, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and IT Operations.

Previously, Mr. Berger was Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Investor Relations with The Nielsen Company, a $5 billion global information and media company where he spent more than eight years and participated in a number of strategic acquisitions for the company. Prior to Nielsen, he was with Simon & Schuster (S&S) and Viacom for nine years where he held a variety of increasingly important financial positions including Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of S&S. He was the lead on development and strategic initiatives; financial and operational matters; and managed a staff of over 200 financial professionals. Mr. Berger is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

R. James Cravens
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources & Communications Officer

R. James Cravens is responsible for the firm’s overall human resources and corporate communications functions, with a particular focus on strategic talent management, leadership development and organizational change initiatives. Jim has 25 years of experience as a trusted advisor and proven contributor to leadership teams in the professional services, research and software sectors.

Jim most recently served as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources with Vision Critical, a market intelligence software company headquartered in Canada. Jim also served for six years as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources with Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (a $2 billion, publicly traded medical technology firm based in San Antonio, Texas). Prior to that, Jim served in a number of senior HR roles of increasing importance with Nielsen (formerly ACNielsen) in Hong Kong and New York, including SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. He began his career as an M&A and corporate securities attorney with the law firm Sidley Austin, working in Chicago, New York and Tokyo.

Jim is a graduate of Kenyon College, the University of Chicago Law School and Stanford University’s Inter-University Center for Advanced Japanese Language Studies in Yokohama, Japan.

Todd Dreger
Partner, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer
Todd Dreger is a Partner and the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at ISG. A business strategist and turnaround expert, Todd has more than 20 years of internal and external sourcing experience that spans all aspects of information technology and business processes. His perspective has been shaped by stints as a sourcing procurer, service provider and advisor. He develops creative yet practical strategies and solutions that preserve a corporation's culture while navigating challenging economic conditions. He has served clients in India, Israel, Eastern Europe and Central, North and South America. Todd has a bachelor's degree in strategic management from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Steven E. Hall
Partner, Digital Advisory Services
As a partner and member of the Executive Board, Mr. Hall leads ISG’s Digital Strategy and all ISG Service Lines for the Americas. He also leads ISG’s Alliance group and is ISG’s Executive Sponsor to the TBM Council. During his time with ISG, Mr. Hall has led some of the company’s largest and most complex engagements with clients as diverse as United Airlines, Symantec, BP, World Bank, CEMEX and Motorola. He is a seasoned professional who brings considerable experience in emerging technologies to ISG clients. Prior to his position at ISG, Mr. Hall held senior roles at a number of renowned IT services companies, including Unisys and MCI. He also led large-scale eBusiness initiatives for technology solutions providers C-Bridge and CBSI and gained deep outsourcing and offshore software development experience as a delivery executive with Covansys. Mr. Hall co-authored Managing Global Development Risk: A Guide to Managing Global Software Development. He earned his degree in Computer Science from Regis University.
John Keppel
Partner and President, ISG EMEA and Asia
John is a proven executive leader in strategic consulting and advisory services. As a Partner and President, he sits on the ISG Executive Board and leads ISG EMEA and Asia. John's nine years at ISG have included extensive strategic, transaction and post transaction experience with many of the firm's top global clients.

John’s career at ISG is characterized by large scale complex program delivery complimented by the introduction of innovation into the industries in which he has worked. John has held executive roles in ISG Europe and was previously the head of the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Insurance Practice. John has been responsible for developing a number of deep, trusting client relationships within the Insurance sector. Many of John’s projects have led to ground breaking transactions, particularly in the UK Life and Pensions market where John is a sought after C suite advisor in the strategic sourcing of insurance operations. John has also gained substantial IT experience having conducted significant transactions in both IT infrastructure and applications environments.

Prior to ISG John held executive positions at both Accenture and Capgemini in both sales and delivery functions.

John is a New Zealand national, who resides in the UK and was educated in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. John holds a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree from Loughborough University of Technology in the United Kingdom.
Todd D. Lavieri
Partner and President, ISG Americas

Todd Lavieri is responsible for ISG’s largest region, encompassing the United States, Canada and Latin America and representing more than half of the firm’s revenue. He also is responsible for the Pacific subregion, including Australia and New Zealand.

He joined ISG in July 2014 with 24 years of experience in the global services industry. Previously, Todd was with IBM, where he first served as general manager, IBM Global Consulting, and most recently as general manager, Global Business Services, IBM Canada. Before joining IBM in 2010, Todd was president and CEO of Archstone Consulting, a strategy and operations advisory firm he founded in 2003 and sold to The Hackett Group in 2009. Earlier, he was a partner at Deloitte Consulting and a member of its Global Management Committee during a distinguished 13-year career with the firm. An expert on business transformation and growth strategies, he has personally advised Global 1000 clients in such sectors as manufacturing, retail, life sciences, healthcare, energy and consumer products.

Todd is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, Conn., and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Lyonel Roüast
Partner and President, ISG South Europe, Middle East & Africa
Mr. Roüast is Partner and President, ISG South Europe, Middle East & Africa. Lyonel was previously President - EMEA, Compass Management Consulting.

Lyonel Roüast joined Compass Management Consulting France in 1999 and is responsible for managing the fast-growing European presence of the company. Previously he held the posts of Managing Director Compass South Europe and Director of Europe.

Prior to joining Compass, Lyonel spent much of his career with IBM France where he was a Sales Manager specialising in the banking sector. In 1995 he was appointed Sales Director for the banking sector of CGI and then for the banking department with IBM Global Services.

An engineering graduate from the ESIEA, Lyonel also has a post graduate degree from IAE Paris.
Anubhav Saxena
Partner and President, Global Managed Services, Research and India Operations

Anubhav Saxena is a respected leader in the global sourcing industry with two decades of experience working with major information technology service providers. In his current role, he is responsible for ISG Global Managed Services, one of the company’s fastest-growing business units and a major contributor to its revenue and long-term strategic success. Anubhav also manages the Global Research and Data Services business, which continues to provide valuable insights across the sourcing lifecycle to enterprises and service providers around the world.

Before joining ISG, Anubhav held a series of senior executive positions with HCL Technologies, among the fastest-growing IT products and services companies in the world. Most recently he was responsible for business development, OEM alliances, and all horizontal and vertical service offerings worldwide, after earlier leading HCL’s IT Infrastructure and ITO Services businesses through a period of rapid growth and expansion. While at HCL, he was pioneer in developing the company’s Saas/Cloud Computing services.

Anubhav earlier worked with Wipro Ltd., a leading global information technology, consulting and outsourcing company, where he oversaw the Enterprise Products, Solutions and Services division for the Indian subcontinent. He began his career with Fujitsu ICIM Ltd., a global IT and business process outsourcer.

A founding member of the G2000 IT Client Executive Councils, Anubhav has been a presenter at the World Economic Forum and a recipient of a number of CXO awards. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) degree from the University of Pune, India.

Chip Wagner
Partner and President, ISG Business and Emerging Services
Chip Wagner served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alsbridge from 2013 to 2016, when he helped merge the firm with ISG. Over the past 30 years, Chip has become a recognized industry expert, specializing in ITO and BPO strategy development and implementation, business transformation, contract negotiations and telecommunications. Committed to helping clients understand and respond to emerging trends, he is a thought leader in the nascent field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a regular speaker on the impact of innovative and disruptive technologies. As CEO of Alsbridge, Chip directed the firm's business strategy, oversaw global operations and worked closely with key client and service provider organizations in a variety of industries and countries. He maintained a keen focus on top line growth and profitability, and was been directly involved in more than $15B in sourcing transactions.

Neil G. Budnick
Director
Neil G. Budnick was named to the ISG Board in June of 2011. He is currently the Managing Director at Channel Rock Partners, a management consulting firm that provides business strategy and opportunity analysis, operations improvement and risk management for corporations. Until April 2007, Mr Budnick was President of MBIA Insurance Corporation, a major financial services company. During his 23 years at MBIA, Mr. Budnick held increasingly important positions including: Vice Chairman; Chief Financial Officer; President, Public and Corporate Finance Division; and Senior Vice President, Head of Municipal and Structure Finance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Budnick was also Vice President of the Public Finance Department of Standard & Poor's Corporation. He is a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee of RHR International, a C-suite management firm that specializes in executive development. Mr. Budnick holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College and an M.P.A. in Public Administration from the University of Colorado. He earned the Alexander Hamilton Award for Excellence in Treasury Management in 2001; is a past Chairman of the Association of Financial Guaranty Insurers; and was on the Board of Trustees of the Eisenhower Fellowships.
Gerald S. Hobbs
Lead Director
Gerald S. Hobbs, Lead Director, is a Managing Director and Operating Partner at Boston Ventures, a leading private-equity firm. Previously, he was the Chairman and CEO of VNU, Inc. (now The Nielsen Company), a leading business, marketing and media information services company. Under Hobbs, VNU rapidly expanded into a multi-billion dollar enterprise by acquiring more than 60 media and information services companies over ten years. Hobbs began his career with Procter & Gamble before joining Billboard Publications, Inc. (later BPI) in 1969. In 1984, he led a management buyout of BPI, and later sold the business to Affiliated Publications, publisher of the Boston Globe, but remained as CEO, leading the business through a period of rapid expansion. In 1991, Hobbs and a partnership group purchased a majority interest in BPI, and in 1994 he presided over the sale of BPI to VNU. Hobbs is past Chairman and Director of American Business Media and the Advertising Council, Inc. He is currently a Director of BNA, Inc. and The Nielsen Company.
Christine Putur
Director
Christine Putur was named to the ISG Board in March of 2014. She is currently the Chief Information Officer of Coach, Inc., a leading New York design house of modern luxury accessories. Ms. Putur joined Coach in January 2013 to lead the global Information Services (IS) organization and leverage technology for driving revenue growth, continuously improving the customer experience and reducing operating expense. Earlier, Ms. Putur was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Staples where she was responsible for technology strategy and execution globally. She joined Staples in 1999 as a leader on the Staples.com team and held positions of increasing responsibility until she was appointed CIO in 2011. Before Staples, she was at Digital/Compaq Computer Corporation for 15 years. Ms. Putur holds a BA in Administrative Science and Math from Colby College and an MS in Management Information Systems from Boston University.
Kalpana Raina
Director
Kalpana Raina has served as our Director since August 2009. Ms. Raina is the managing partner of 252 Solutions, LLC, an advisory firm that specializes in strategic development and implementation. Previously, Ms. Raina was a senior executive with The Bank of New York, a global financial services company. She joined the Bank in 1989 and held a variety of leadership positions, most recently Executive Vice President and Head of European Country Management and Corporate Banking. Prior to that, she served in Mumbai, India, as the bank's Executive Vice President, International. During her eighteen-year career with the bank she had responsibility for clients in the Media, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retailing, Hotels and Leisure and Financial services industries in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Ms. Raina also is a director of John Wiley & Son (NYSE: JWa and JWb), where she chairs the Compensation Committee, and Yellow Pages Limited (TSX: YLO). Until October 2013, Ms. Raina was also a director of RealNetworks (NASDAQ: RNWK), where she served on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She is a member of Women Corporate Directors and The National Association of Corporate Directors and a past member of The U.S.-India Business Council.
Donald C. Waite III
Director
Donald C. Waite III has served as our Director since January 2008. Mr. Waite is an adjunct professor at Columbia Graduate School of Business. Mr. Waite retired from McKinsey & Company, the international management consulting firm, in February 2002 after 36 years of service. From 1996 to 2002, he was one of three members of the Firm's Office of the Managing Director, and Chairman of the Firm's Investment Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. Waite is a Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company and sits on the McKinsey Investment Committee. Mr. Waite sits on the Board of Overseers of the Columbia Graduate School of Business and serves on the Board of Directors of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, where he is Lead Director and member of the Human Resources & Governance Committee and Products & Distribution Committee. Also, in the prior five years, Mr. Waite served as a member of the Board of Directors of Presstek, Inc.
